Dr. Smith was very caring. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The office staff was professional and friendly. The accomodated my schedule and made sure insurance approvals were completed in time. The office was clean and well-equipped. During the procedure, the staff were competent, friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. The procedure was uncomfortable but instructions and medications were given to make it less so. Dr. Smith called personally in the evening to check on me. I would recommend them without reservation.
