Dr Sachs removed my daughters wisdom teeth, tried but was unable to remove all on one occasion so a second appointment was required. He did an OK job but nothing special

About Front Desk: Billing department is dreadful - we paid the bill in September but are still receiving demands in January. None of my calls were returned, I did manage to speak with billing once then immediately emailed proof of payment. Billing promised to call back if the email failed to solve the issue, next contact from them - another bill. I resent the email again no response. STAY AWAY

Dr. Sacks is average at best. His front office is horrible. You will pay more because they dont know how to deal with insurance. Horrible experience. Chose a better doctor in upscale back bay boston that actually cost me nothing because they new how to deal with me insurance company. Visiting Dr. Sacks office was a big disappointment and waste of time.

I had my wisdom teeth removed, and no matter who does this it is no fun process, but he did an excellent job. All four were impacted (pretty much the worst combo possible) and the procedure was quick (40 mins!) and completely painless, it has been one week since the procedure and I had my follow-up today, I am infection free and almost healed with no restrictions. I never took the prescription pain meds and I haven't taken tylenol in about 48 hours and feel almost 100% normal. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sacks to anyone in the Boston area who needs this procedure done.

Despite not enjoying having my wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Sacks was very good. When I need to see him for a follow-up it was easy to schedule and he was very helpful!

I had my wisdom teeth out with Dr Sacks and he is the nicest, most pleasant dentist! He has this great S. African accent. He made me feel totally at ease and the whole process from beginning to end was painless and effortless-I was knocked out, never woke up during, and afterwards felt great. Never had a minute of pain either after-he did a flawless job. I cant believe how smoothly the whole thing went. Gives Vicodin for pain, which I never even needed! His assistant however needs to go. The personality and bedside manner of a houseplant. Never smiles. Front office staff was great and accommodating. Highly recommend this dentist!
