crowns, fillings, cleanings. They are a little higher and not on my dental plan, but I choose to pay the additional out of pocket because he's good. I recently had some crowns done by someone on my plan at a very nice, spa like, pain-free type facility and I've had problems for over a year now.
Wish I had gone to Packham and paid the extra. Now I'm paying extra to an orthodontist to fix some problems from the other place in T.O.
Packham's moved to a new office and is no longer located on Rosewood.
About Hygienist: I have had very mixed results with the hygienist's in this office. Some are good and some don't do much

Dr. Packham does not care how his staff talks to you. He may even be a little too close to his staff. He will dismiss you if you dare tell one particular woman to stop talking to you. He pretends he is a noble man but hold on to your wallet and prepare to let a young rude office worker talk to you like she is his wife.
