I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. Office closes before advertised times and getting appointments is difficult. The office staff is sub-par often making mistakes in insurance reimbursement and documentation of procedures. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they never willing to take responsibility fro their own mistakes. They should've respected my decision. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

About Front Desk: Self serving responses, poor customer support

My son was charged for removal of four wisdom teeth. We later found out from our dentist , that 1/2 of a tooth was left in my son's mouth and it was causing his teeth to shift. My wife and I had paid for braces to straighten my son's teeth and now that was being ruined. The surgent failed to let us know or reduce the amount paid for only 3 1/2 teeth removed. My son returned to surgent and he said he would remove the remaing part of the tooth for no extra charge, as long as my son did not want to be put to sleep. The surgent removed the remaing tooth and then charged me a high amount for xrays. I called and explained , but the bill keeps coming in. I think I should send him a bill for the braces. My dentist did say she would not recommend him in the future !! Great customer service ( NOT)
