Dr. Thomas Soliday is the "end-all-and-be-all" of oral surgeons in Maryland! Dr. Soliday has done a lot of implants in my difficult to work in mouth! It's almost magical the way he executes these difficult procedures and has consistently exhibited a gentle, confident, kind manner and all his work in my mouth and the friends, colleagues and relatives I've referred over the years has been triumphant!

About Front Desk: Fabulous front desk professionals! Consistently welcoming, gracious, organized, insurance savvy!

I was referee to Dr. Soliday's office by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. One tooth was an emergency surgery, removed day of visit. Dr. Soliday was so wonderful and kind and turned the experience into a pleasant one (or as pleasant as surgery can be!) My other wisdom were removed 3 weeks later, I chose to opt of of anesthesia and used just laughing gas. I had three severely impacted teeth but the staff and Dr. Soliday made sure I was comfortable.

About Front Desk: Incredibly friendly and warm!

Not sure about the service but I'll explain why. I was referred by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I called over the phone made the appointment and provided my insurance information over the phone. I came in for my initial "evaluation" which consisted of the cool rotating head x-ray. I was impressed by the doctor and the technology at that point. We decided to move forward and make an appointment for the actual oral surgery approximately 2 weeks from that day. Here is where it went downhill. A few days before the surgery the admin of the office calls me and says she is sorry they made a mistake and unfortunately they don’t take my insurance". We do offer payment plans though and oh yeah remember the cool x-ray you have to pay us $175.00 out of pocket for it (paraphrase). Long story short I refused to pay they sent it to collections and dinged my credit. Eventually I gave up and decided to pay instead of arguing. I thought since they showed lack of compassion for their blunder I would write them unfavorable review.

Dr. Soliday has been our family oral surgeon for years. He has removed wisdom teeth for four of my kids.Dr. Kevin Soliday was able to save my own tooth when other Drs. were ready to pull it. I can't say enough good about these guys.

My daughter and I both had our wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Soliday and the experience was outstanding. I thought that I was going to be in pain for days because they were impacted but after the second day of recovery I did not need to take any pain medicine I just kept icing my face until the swelling went down in about three days after surgery. Several of my co-workers and other family members that I recommended him to that went to him had nothing but high praise for him and his staff as well. The cost was reasonable after my federal Blue Cross kicked in their portion. I can't remember the exact amount its been awhile however it was a little over 1K out of pocket to extract 4 impacted wisdom teeth. I took the liquid valium anesthetic prior to the surgery and slept like a baby through the entire surgery and recovery would definitely suggest it.

He extracted my wisdom teeth. After several things went wrong, I compared notes with a friend who also had his wisdom teeth extracted by another dentist. Dr. Soliday's did not perform an x-ray; instead, he relied on the referring dentist's 1.5 year old small x-ray. His instructions were far less complete. He quoted incorrect statistic for potential problems and side effects. He forgot to tell me about the potential for "dry sockets" and did not give me a cleaning syringe. Most importantly, I ended up losing sensation in half my tongue and jaw (even after 2 months).

Dr. Soliday did my sons wisdom teeth and removed a tumor in the front of his mouth. He did a great job pretty much pain free. My son said it was a pleasant experience, the staff was friendly the doc explained the procedures well and made him feel comfortable and confident. The office staff were extremely helpful and nice and knowledgable about the insurance. great experience!

Worth flying to if I lived out of state. HE LISTENS. Awesome staff, very helpful and reasonable. Don't let the outside of the office building fool you. His equipment is top of the line as well as his personnel.
