Dr. Richard Williams is an excellent oral surgeon. I am a current patient and have been working with Dr. Williams for the past two years to handle my extractions and dental implants. He is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He also has a great sense of humor. There are only a two dental professionals I trust with my dental care in Montgomery County. Dr. Williams is one of them.
Thank goodness for my company-sponsored dental insurance options, too! Dr. Williams' services are expensive, but worth the price for excellent dental care.

Dr Williams did a good job with the first step of my dental implant but he (or his staff) forgot to tell me to discontinue aspirin for 2 weeks prior to the procedure so the first few days I looked like I'd been mugged despite feeling fine. I also asked that he recommend a dentist that he could work closely with to ensure that the cosmetic work would come off without a hitch. That didn't work so well but in fairness to Dr Williams he is certainly not responsible for his colleagues missteps.

Painless surgical procedure. I was expecting a cheaper price for the services but I guess that is due to the insurance that I carry. Dr and staff have a very relaxing and professional chair-side manner and the front desk was professional and even placed a follow-up call the next day.

I extracted my 4 wisdom teeth with him. One had a dry socket poblem which took 3 weeks to heal. the others were fine.

Went to Dr Williams for a wisdom tooth extraction last week. It was done in last then 5 mins... and I didn't even realise it!! I was praying that my visit would be the best that I had thus far. Thank you Dr Williams, for it was indeed the best. One hour later, six hours later, 24 hours later, I still did not feel any pain. I started eating the very next day! how's that?
Just today, I received a 'Welcome' card from Dr Williams. I must congratulate Dr Williams for having an awesome team of nurses and staff. They made me feel comfortable and are very efficient. Yep! will be going back again.
