Started treatment with Dr. Parlato for jaw surgery. Spent 4 years in braces and returned to Dr. Parlato to complete the last step - surgery. I was notified by his receptionist that he was not seeing "new" patients. I told her that I was his patient for over fiver years following his treatment plan for surgery. She said that he would not see me. I have since gone to a much better surgeon. Very unprofessional behavior. Not even a referral to a different doctor. The orthodontists was even upset by his behavior. I would not recommend this guy to anyone.
