Dr. Chason was terrific! I never thought getting all my wisdom teeth pulled out would be so painless and easy! Although I was told multiple times by my dentists that I need all 4 of my wisdom teeth out due to them being badly impacted, I put it off for years because I was terrified of the pain. I drove an hour to see Dr. Chason after hearing good things about him from friends and I am very glad I did. During both appointments (extraction day and follow-up), the wait was very short and I was seated promptly. The whole procedure was painless. Even during the healing process, I had minimal discomfort which made everything stress-free. I didn't even need to take any painkillers after the extractions! I was so relieved to finally have the extractions done after putting them off for years and am glad I chose Dr. Chason to be the one to do them. He is a great oral surgeon with many years of experience. He was professional, courteous and kind. I will definitely be recommending him to others!

The Dr was nice, but the staff was very unfriendly. They never greeted me when I came in, just requested my insurance card. When I had my tooth pulled the nurse was not there to assist the Dr and I swallowed a lot of blood. Which made me very sick that night. They also did not stitch my tooth and the bleeding continued longer than it should have.

Whenever I dealt with Dr Chason for my extraction he always made me feel rushed. The actual wison tooth extraction went well. I went back recently because I had a bone chip sticking out of my gum near where the tooth was. He looked and "saw nothing". Then he told me the pain was an issue with a filling and I had to see my regular doctor. He acted like i was wasting his time. And treated me like an idiot who wouldn't be able to understand the bone structure of the mouth. I was also charged my copay because the issue "wasn't due to the extraction." My regular doctor removed the bone chip that was sticking out of my gum, which was clearly a result of the extraction. The office staff is nice and helpful. I am not happy with my dealing with this doctor.

Dr. Chason placed three implants for me without any pain. I had bone grafted, then the implants placed and am very pleased. His staff was great as well. He didn't try to sell me any thing...just gave me the facts and let me decide what was best for me....very honest doctor.....

This OS was rude and I felt rushed to make a decision. I was already nervous about my extractions and was listening to my MP3 player at a low level and this OS mumbled a few words to his assistant that I thought was very unprofessional and was extremely unimpressed. I made the decision to use nitrous which he was upset about because it caused extra paperwork. The extractions went well and I left feeling better. However a couple days post op I developed bony spicules which hurt. It feels like little razors erupting from your gums. Dr. Chason informed me that post-op was not covered under his practice and that it would cost more to remove them. Of course he informed me of this after he had removed them. I was livid.

I like this Surgeon and I feel very comfortable with him. He has extracted 3 teeth with little to no pain. What I really liked was that he is fast which reduces stress. He also called that evening just to see how you are making out. Highly Recommended!!

I have had 2 separate procedures with Dr. Chason and he & his staff were all wonderful. Everyone is very kind - and understanding of people terrified of dentists/dental work (as I am!). Best experience with a dentist I have ever had - even calls afterwards to make sure you are doing okay. Also, I have a friend who works for dentists and has worked with 3 different practices - each practice she worked, plus the place that I went to, all referred to Dr. Chason. Definitely recommend him.

Dr. Chason is the best! He is a wonderful oral surgeon. Dedicated to his work, the waiting room was cheery and the personnel was great. When you walked in nervous, soon, you were greeted by a wonderful receptionist who seemed to calm your nerves. Dr. Chason did my procedure under general anesthesia, but the best part was after the procedure, he then gave you a list of things to do and don'ts, he then called and was concerned that everything was going well. I would highly reccommend him for any dental/oral surgery needs. Westminster LOVES him.
