plus above; cut me with knife on lip corner as he withdrew at very end of surgery!!! and never apologized but said after I screamed a lot; "YOU squirmed"...which is a total lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About Front Desk: asked over fone 3x where on that street office is located; like nearest landmarks; jus something to go by and yung thing reply 3x; "I don't live near here; I cant help u at all" yet when I got there were all kinds of nearby structures, street corners, overpass, hospital, etc...she wouldn't even tell me color of office or that huge flag was out front or big blue awnings or 3 signs on roof or lawn and I drove up-down street 3x before spotting it in traffic and congestion....

I had to have a tooth that had a root canal removed. I understand in an office like this, there might be a wait, that is not a problem. Dr. Kippax is VERY VERY rough, a lot worse than when I had my wisdom teeth out!! He is not good at answering questions and when I returned because of pain and inflamation, he said it was normal and gave me a device to rinse the area out. My own dentist put me on Penicillin and will not be sending anyone to Dr. Kippax. If you have children, do not take them here, they will hate a dentist the rest of their lives. Worst dental experience in 50 plus yrs!!!

About Front Desk: Ok when you checkin, not nice when you call and say you are having problems with an area where a tooth was removed. Office is not the cleanest!!

After being scheduled for a full sedation extraction I was brought into exam room, am IV was placed, and I was given what I assume to be nitrous oxide. He gave me 3 shots of lidocaine and proceeded to extract tooth. I was fully awake and alert and screamed for him to stop. I yelled no about 5 times and physically tried to push his hand away. He continued anyway. Then he told me that I was sedated, to leave, and never come back. I asked for an explanation as towhy iwasn't sedated and he said I wad when iclearly read not, walked out on my own power, and left. I called and asked for an explanation and all of the staff told me iknew all i eeded to know and not to call again. I am currently speaking with a lawyer regarding a lawsuit. I do Mott recommend unless you are a sadist. Malpractice at its finest.
