I had to wait 1 hour when he gave me nova cane, it only took 15 min top to take effect. He had other patients. Went to them had me wait. I got up after 45 min. wondering why so long? The assistant said takes that long. Never has it took that long. I had a neighbor waiting for me. After an hour Dr Lowe came in I told him I thought he took to long and I have a neighbor who was waiting. He said " he didn't care about that are you numb?" I said it was numb in 15 min or less. He gave me the gas. Took 5 min. I only had one tooth pulled. Didn't even see him him after that. Very rude, I was just a $$$ sign. He don't see people he sees money and don't care if your inconvenienced. He did his job, but just remember you are a dollar sign and you are going to wait!
About Front Desk: Told receptionist about it shouldn't have taken that long. My appt. was at 9:30 didn't get out till 10;30. Told her it was nice my neighbor took me, but shouldn't have been that long. She said he could holler at me and tell him it was there fault. Yes it was there fault, and that's not that kind of neighbor. He is very nice and did a favor for me out of his busy schedule.

Both my husband and myself have gone to Dr Lowe and have had extremely good dentistry. Just had 2 teeth extracted this week with no pain. Dr Lowe explained everything he was doing step by step and left plenty of time for any questions I had for him to answer. I recommend this dentist to anyone needing dental care. Extremely good, caring, thorough and efficient. I know of none better. Facilities were clean and modern. All staff members knew their jobs well and performed in a professional, courteous manner. I would not hesitate one minute to call this dentist when I need his assistance in the future.
About Front Desk: Nancy the receptionist went out of her way to work me into an already over-loaded schedule. Mine was an emergency extraction of 2 infected teeth that needed immediate attention. Nancy was great in getting me in as soon as she could to get my problem taken care of. 5 stars to all of the staff.

I had two teeth pulled and being a nervous patient, had lots of questions and concerns for the office staff, medical staff and dr. They were patient and attentive and helped me thru the process even including insurance questions. I was pain free within 24 hours and have no problems at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Lowe to anyone needing oral surgery.

I was awakened in the night in horrible pain from an abscessed molar in the top back of my mouth. My dentist was closed on Friday and my fiancé' was able to talk to a friend who referred me to Dr. Lowe. I phoned the office for directions and the receptionist was so friendly. She told me to make sure I had someone with me to drive me home after the procedure so I took my son. Dr. Lowe came in and introduced himself and we discussed my options. We made the decision to pull the tooth. He gave me the shots to numb my mouth and left the room. When he returned, I told him I could still feel a lot of pain in the tooth. He gave me one more quick shot. The nurse then said she had my room ready and he said we were going to do it in this room. Then he asked my son to leave the room. Immediately after my son left he asked me to open my mouth. I thought he was just going to check my tooth. He then began pulling my tooth!! I was yelling that I could feel it and that it wasn't numb and please stop it hurts! He totally disregarded my requests and kept tugging. I was in so much pain that I was sinking my nails into my other hand and my hand was bleeding!! He didn't stop until he had the tooth pulled. Then he just left the room!

Terrible doctor. My wife had her wisdom teeth extracted. She has a history of horrible reactions to a certain anti nausea medication. Thus, she didn't want the RX for it. The nurse said if she experienced problems, just call and they would call something different in. Later that night, she began vomiting. I called Dr. Lowe and asked him to call in a different nausea med. His response was, "i'm not comfortable doing that, just have her go eat some crackers". Unbelievable. There are too many good doctors out there, don't use this one. The positive is the staff, very friendly and helpful. Just a bad doctor.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. Removed 4 wisdom teeth for our son. His chair-side manner was just terrific as was his staff. Very positive experience.

My daughter needed four teeth extracted. We met with Dr. Lowe before the procedure and he set my daughter at ease. The day of the procedure was a breeze. I had bad experiences as a child with the dentist and didn't want my daughter to have the same. Dr. Lowe and his staff were great. My daughter left his office that day asking if she could continue to see him as her dentist. Since he only pulls teeth, I told her NO! But if we do need any more teeth pulled, he's the guy for the job. Wonderful experience.
