Office is DIRTY! The office is understaffed...during a tooth extraction the assistant had to stop to answer phone callS and Dr Takakji would stop to take calls. X-ray film was held with a pair of clamping scissors that I had to bit down on. Not all slivers of bone/tooth were removed, 4 pieces were left behind, which started pushing out through my gum. After several complications, I went to see another specialist who explained 1-2 fragments is normal but NOT 4. Lastly, I ended up with an infection, which is not surprising, considering this awful experience.
