I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but i felt like i needed to this time. My 4 year old daughter woke up with swelling in her face and i went to the emergency room. They gave me this office number, i called, and they got me in the same day. The anesthesia doctor was great with her. The oral surgeon was kind and friendly. My daughter woke up with less swelling and no pain. Even after the novocaine wore off she did great, and didnt even need the medicine for pain. My entire time in the office for everything was less than an hour. The best part is they took care of everything with my insurance and everything was covered.

About Front Desk: They are all very nice

Please save yourself the frustration if the doctor's ego allows him to actually spend time with you and answer your questions then you will be surprised! His office is even worse filled with the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. They made four consecutive mistakes on my son's file and due to their mistakes they told us we would have to wait another 3 weeks to have the procedure done (this after already waiting 5 weeks). In the meantime, my 9 year old was just supposed to be in pain. The lack of accountability is astonishing. We wound up finding another oral surgeon and the experience has been night and day.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is completely clueless. It took close to 30 minutes just to set up an appointment. My son's paperwork "fell threw the cracks" and they were late on submitting the insurance approvals. Then when they submitted the insurance approval they did so incorrectly 3x in a row and I had to tell them what the error was (they put my son's birth date as the date of service). Then told us we would have to start from scratch - meanwhile my 9 year old was in pain.

I had my wisdom teeth removed 3 months ago under general anesthesia. I was so nervous but the staff made me feel at ease. I felt like I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. (Really about a hour) I like I had a relaxing nap and woke up to the friendly staff talking to me. My swelling was at at a bare minimum when I came back in to see the doctor. you can tell he cared about my well being and how I felt the next day. He is a awesome oral surgeon and I would definitely go back to him if I ever need more teeth removed.

About Front Desk: The woman at the front desk so extremely friendly and very helpful with the paper work.
