My father who was is 79 yrs old at the time already suffering from the end stages of COPD on Oxygen, has Liver Cirrhosis and Diastolic Heart Failure had a crown done by this Dentist only to have it break off leaving a sharp edge on the tooth cutting the entire side of his tongue. He called him several times only to be given a appointment a week later. He then did a root canal on the tooth which failed causing the Dentist to extract his tooth all of this within approx 1 month and it cost a fortune. Now my father is 80 yrs old health wise he is very ill not expected to live much longer and this money hungry SOB of a Dentist talked my father into getting a dental implant to replace the tooth he extracted which is thousands of $$$$$. Now if this Dentist wasn't out to take as much of my fathers money and was morally correct seeing my fathers medical history and his age he would not have put my father through the extreme pain of the implant process nor would he have taken my fathers $ knowing he is about to pass away! What does a 80 yr old need with an implant when they are terminally ill? This Dentist took advantage of my father!! For shame Dr. Gutierrez your NO Dr. someone needs to take your license away from you for this!

I had four wisdom teeth pulled and wished I had red the reviews before I went to him. Like most everybody else I had four root tips come through my gums cutting up my tounge. That means 16 root tips pushing through the sides of my mouth. Timmy never returned my calls like everybody else is saying. Another dentist told me the root tips broke off because he wiggled the tooth out instead of being strong enough to pull them out straight. Maybe if Tim played sports when he was younger instead of golf and weed he might have been strong enough to pull them out straight. Never again!

About Front Desk: Sucks, little girls probably minimum wage.

I have a rare disease with dental implications so I brought him literature to educate him on how to do an extraction for someone with my disease. He did not read the literature he told me that it wouldn't matter and he would not do the extraction differently in any way which is completely irresponsible and unethical. I asked him to give me the tooth after he extracted it and he looked at me with suspicion and said no. He must know that I read these reviews. He discounted my views, and he was an arrogant son of a b****

About Front Desk: The restroom in the waiting area was busy so I asked if I could use the other bathroom. They would not let me use their bathroom because I guess they think they are far superior to me. I should have had an accident on the waiting room floor. What kind of office would deny a patient use of the restroom?

Gutierrez pulled my molars and caused the root tips to break off then later after the gums have closed up the tips come out through the sides of my gums which cut up my tongue very badly. I called him back at least six times and he refused to answer my calls. My new dentist told me he should have taken care of it. The result is cutting open your gums and removing the root tips. the entire ordeal was very painful and I regret going to Gutierrez to begin with. He acted egotistical and rude as well. I was told his poor work is called sequestration.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled with Dr. Gutierrez, customer service was horrible.

About Front Desk: If I could give 0 stars I would, this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Dr. Gutierrez needs to invest some money into training his staff about good customer service and helping the patient out, not blowing them off.

Dr. Gutierrez extracted one tooth. He and his staff were wonderful. They were very concerned that I have a pain-free experience, and I did. His offices are extremely sanitary. I will definitely go to him again.

My experience with Dr. Gutierrez was extrememly unsatisfying, and down right dangerous. His beside manor is terrible, and he makes you feel like a number because he only goes into the room for minutes during your visit, and mostly talks to the hygenists about you like you're not even there. His instruments and procedures are so un-hygenic that my daughter was stricken with a serious bacterial infection after having surgery there. I would avoid Dr. Gutierrez at all costs.
