Compassionate, professional, honest. The best! I would not go to any other dentist, only Dr. McConnell. Did I mention fair priced!

*****Dr. McConnell deserves the full 5/5 Stars***** He's the BEST dentist I ever had. I nicked name him 'Angel's Hands,' because I didn't feel pain or discomfort during or after my upper wisdom teeth oral surgery. He is so unpretending and everyone in the office was relax and helpful.

I was very nervous to have my lower wisdom teeth extracted. I had put the surgery off for so long because I was terrified. I went in on a Friday morning and was out in 20 minutes. I was so relieved when I didn't feel the pain that I had been anticipating. Dr. Mcconnell was very thorough and told me about the options I had during the consult. He walked me through each step of the surgery and shook my hand when it was over. I was referred to him by two of my friends and would highly recommend Dr. McConnell, hands down. I am very happy with how fast I've healed up and how pain free my surgery was. Thank you, Dr. Mcconnell! I appreciate your skills and trust in your practice more than you know.

Dr. McConnell extracted my 7 years old sons molars. He was very thorough when answering our questions, walked my son thru the procedure right down to actually showing him how the equipment would be placed on him. How the IV would feel before he did the surgery. He was absolutely amazing! The staff is kind and willing to help any way they can. We highly recommend Dr McConnell and his staff.

One of the gifts of exposure to innumerable Healthcare Professionals, is that of being able to discriminate between the dangerous, the bad, the mediocre, the good and the excellent.
Dr McConnell is one of the very rare excellent dentists I have been treated by. The above Rating Scale speaks for itself..
You will find no better.

I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. Dealing with their billing manager was a nightmare. I asked to speak to someone else several times and was told there was no one else. Basically as the patient I was treated stupid and was not treated with respect. I work in a medical field and our billing department would never treat our patients in this manor. I think that dentist and orthodontist really need to be aware of referring their patients to this oral surgeon. I since found a new oral surgeon who has been very helpful in the billing process and provided great customer service. Having your wisdom teeth extracted by people who have no customer service is scary. Why would you let someone extract your teeth when they can't even be nice!!!!

Had tooth extraction and an implant. Dr. McConnell is one of the best doctors I've ever experienced. He is very intelligent and very skilled. His office is immaculate. His staff is highly skilled and functions like a Swiss clock. When the surgeries were performed his assistants worked with him on me as a perfect team. His and his staff's standards are very high. Because he was so clean and careful and precise and his team was so good working together and with him, I believed that the implant process would have the maximum chance of success. I am happy with my implant: no infection, no problems. I've had the implant for 4 years with zero problems. His prices were lower than dentists in my home, Santa Fe. Excellent value for money.
