Dr Batrouni took out my daughters wisdom teeth. He has a great bedside manner and was so kind to our family. I never thought that this experience would be so easy

Dr. Ziad Batrouni, Oral Surgeon is in practice at: Maryland Oral Surgical Associates (MOSA). They have four offices in Maryland.
Dr Batrouni is great, I had one implant his year and it has been a good clinical experience.
The staff are horrible, Amy at least is polite at the front desk. No one would talk to me about the insurance contracted rates and my portion.
About Front Desk: Michelle overcharged me by $700.Niether Amy nor Michelle would talk to me about the insurance rates and my portion before the implant. Michelle would not return my calls. I called my insurance company again and this time filed a complaint with the Fraud Investigation Unit. When I had my post-op visit, I showed Dr Batrouni the letter, and he told Michelle to refund my over payment of $677-. I know the only reason why I was refunded $577, is because I got the Dr. involved. BE CAREFUL with payments and know your insurance.
