I have very sensitive teeth and requested IV sedation for 2 extractions with 2 implants. The entire procedure was completed in 15 minutes without exaggeration. He was so fast that I never was really sedated and he missed the vein the first time and kept jabbing. When I let out a yell, he responded with "quiet, there are other patients here." When I told him to stop at one point, he responded with "OK...I will, but don't give me attitude." I couldn't believe my ears. The last straw was that he was gone the minute he finished ... leaving the followup to his assistant. When I went to the reception to pay, the bill was $6300. $775 for sedation, $775 for x-rays. $775 per extraction and $2350 per implant. This was the worst experience I have ever had!

I had my wisdom teeth taken out and had oral surgery with Andrew Zeidman, poor customer service, did not seem to care about me the patient, arrogant and unprofessional. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Went to Dr. Zeidman for wisdom teeth extraction (all 4). I chickened out about 2 times before (at different dentists) and finally went through with it this time.
He was comforting and funny and made the procedure pleasant! The front desk people are bit hard to communicate with (the women) but there is a guy that works the front desk who is helpful.

Dr. Zeidman: Gentle- effective - competent - pleasant- direct and charming at the same time. Second to no other professional whose services I have used over the years.
Very well managed office. Incredible emergency response time and accomodation to patient in pain. Excellent processing of patient flow.
Well organized and unpretentious office. All the comfort and ambiance befitting a health facility without trying to emulate a Hilton lobby.
Cost is reasonable as measured against location and other fixed cost in Manhattan. (cost of living- real estate - utilities etc...)
I am planning to recommend to all my friends and associates.
