The secretarial staff is absolutely horrible!!! I called for an appointment and told the front staff that i according to my dentist i may need a surgical procedure. The woman told me that she absolutely would not take the x rays from my dentist because he was not good and was only after the money, and that his equipment was outdated. I went for a consultation and she made me take another full set of xrays. after the xrays, i told Dr. Roberts what the other dentists told me, that i had to have the tooth pulled. After he read the x-rays, he could not tell which tooth had to be pulled, and did a gum test. My thought (and i am in healthcare was that if his equipment is so good why could he not diagnose the problem). He did a gum sensitive test and said " I am pretty sure that is the tooth that needs to be pulled". Since pulling a tooth is permanent, i called to cancel my appointment and told them that i would go for a second opinion. The same secretary yelled at me and said "don't tell me the doctor is not good because you don't feel like coming, we don't need you, never come here again". So much for bedside manners or for professionalism with patients and other professionals as they trashed the other dentist. NOT recommended!

About Front Desk: Absolutely horrible!!! the woman only likes to fight and trash other dentists

My Experience: Exam & Consultation, X-Rays

I have had a tooth removal myself and my two teen-aged children have had their wisdom teeth removed. We were all very comfortable because of his compassion and his professionalism. Finally a doctor that meet all my expectations. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

About Front Desk: The front desk ladies were very pleasant and knowledgeable of my insurance, they helped me schedule our appointments and go over pre-op instructions.

Dr. Roberts told me that I had to go to the hospital to remove a tooth because I had heart surgery years ago. He then told me that because it was in a hospital the $750.00 tooth extraction would not be covered by insurance. Actually, my hospital bills would be covered by insurance, but not the actual tooth extraction. (Can you imagine the cost just to remove a tooth!) In fact, the reason he wanted to put me in the hospital was because his office is old and not suited for extraction. And the $750 fee (to doctor only for extraction) is ridiculous for a doctor that was part of my insurance plan. Non covered dentists charged $450 for the whole procedure! There's a reason there was not one patient in his office. (Oh, and my tooth was removed by a professional dentist 2 days later at no cost in his office. It took him 5 minutes to remove!)

About Front Desk: Rude, unfriendly. The receptionist hung up on my daughter. The office was to call us to schedule an appointment by the next day but didn't call until the next week. They knew I was in pain and promised to call but made me wait one week! Then the rude receptionist lied that she called my daughter! When my daughter challenged her on it, she hung up on my daughter. Absolutely obnoxious and unprofessional!

I came to this Dr. for my TMJ pain after being fitted for my mouth appliance i was told that my first fitting would be in two weeks. Yes the docter himself isnt very warm but his phone receptionist is cold hearted and non professional and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I deal with anixety and i wont step foot near that place again

About Front Desk: After a mouth of not hearing from anyone at the office i called them (Still dealing with my TMJ daily).then i was mistreated by the lady who answers the phone. and then was told that i would have to sue them to get a refund. I called the police so i could have a impartial third party there so i could talk to the Dr. himself, which did not work. I still could not speak to the docter. i was told by his receptionist we dont do business with people who call the police! and if i wanted a refund i was told by the women that i would have to sue them and they would indeed sue me for my final payment. This office has no sensitivity to people dealing with pain. I am a single mom with a diasability and i gave this man my last to help with my pain and all he has done is made it worst so ill be giong to court for a refund. Be careful who you choose to be your care giver.. even after a referral

I went in for wisdom teeth removal. I told them I was nervous because my last wisdom teeth removal went very bad. They told me the would give me a local and that I should bring music and everything would be fine. They said they would give me sweet air to calm my nerves. They gave me 4 giant needles that hurt like crazy and no sweet air. To had a full blown panic attack in the chair and all they did was ignore me and proceed to talk office gossip like I wasn't even in the room. Very unprofessional!!! Not to mention I thought I was getting the nice older doctor and they switched it when I got there. The younger one was an arrogant jerk.

About Front Desk: Front desk lady was very nice
