Worst dental experience EVER...he had no compassion whatsoever for me and I told him that I had a tolerance for novacaine from being told this my other dentist multiple times. He tried to numb me with just one shot on each gum upper/lower and came back in the room half hour later said you should be numb and I told him that I wasn't and he said lets just take a look. He proceeded to rip non stop at them when I could feel EVERYTHING. I was flopping around on the chair like a fish and my butt muscle was convulsing as he broke off the bottom two teeth. Then I heard him say in a negative tone to the girl "grab the drill" I begged him to stop and he wouldn't just kept telling me to suck it up and to be quiet because he didn't want me to scare the kids in the other room who were next. I said they should be scared and you would think he would of gave me more novacaine. He then started drilling in every direction into my gums for few minutes then digging for few minutes about 10 times or so. I was in tears by that point. I wish I would of had someone come with me in the room when I had it done to tell him to stop or numb me better, but I didn't think it would be ANYTHING like this.

Worst dental experience EVER. I was there for 4 wisdom tooth extractions, 1 being impacted. The topical novicane wasn't even given time to work when he stuck me with the needle. I actually cried from the pain of that and was handed a tissue and left alone for 5 minutes. When he returned I told him lip & tongue was numb he said good and proceeded to begin pulling. I could still feel a bit of pain so I made some noises. I had my mp3 headphones in, he tapped me on the shoulder, ripped out my earplugs and told me to be quiet. He also said, and I quote, "This is why I tell people to be put under for this. It hurts. It isn't my fault you couldn't afford full anesthesia." I sat through 3 teeth being pulled and 1 surgically removed(a saw was used) in tears due to small amounts of pain. No real post operative info was given other than a small sheet of paper. I wasn't told what types of food to eat, what to drink, etc... They literally handed me my prescriptions, the small sheet of after care stuff and said "Your done. You can go." No follow up was even scheduled for removal of stitches, which will be done by my dentist. I was appalled at the rudeness and uncaring attitude of this office, and REFUSE to EVER step through those doors again.
