I called this office with a problem and they got me in within an hour of my phonecall. They even helped me with the paperwork because I was feeling so bad. I had a severe infection and didn't even realize how dangerous it could have become. Dr Kucera was very gentle even though she told me that the anesthetic might not work well because of my infected tooth. She used jelly to numb it then ice, then she was so good with the shots I didn't even feel them. She drained a bad absess for me and I felt immediate relief. I'm coming back for her to do a root canal after the swelling goes away. She saw me in the middle of a busy schedule because her staff had asked me questions about my problem and the staff was great, plus the Dr went out of her way to help with my problem.
