I was a pt. of Dr. Phelps since I was 13 - 16. All in all, I do think he is a very proficient orthodontist. Soft-spoken and gentle, I always had great trust in him. I did have a ortho relapse at the end of tx. and Dr. Phelps actually offered to redo the whole case at no charge - however, I since it was a minor relapse I was quite happy with it. He did redo his office, but it is still in an older complex - however, it was quite clean and the assistants were all very kind. I would definitely recommend him.
