Dr. Terry Loeffler is one of the best and most exciting orthodontists to go to. He talks to you during procedures and he answers as many questions that you have as possible. It wasn't really all that painful, the most pain that I recieved was for the first hour after the procedure and that was it. All of the helpers were really nice and actually helpful. It felt ok to go up to the front desk, because the presence of it was wonderful. I enjoyed going!
