Dr. Chang is overall very pleasant. His office is luxurious, which is why he charges his patients thousands of dollars. His staff is overall friendly and helpful. You are treated well when all is well. However, if you happen to have problems, the friendly spirit dissipates quickly. Overall, I would not recommend this facility unless you have too much money and don't know what to do with it. Personally, I don't want to be paying for the orthodontist's frivolous accomodations! He was much more humble and customer service orientated before he made his million dollar move.
