When my daughter Lindsay went into Dr. Auger's office about 5 years ago, I never thought her teeth could ever be straight or considered "pretty". But I figured we needed to try to get close as close as possible. Instead of shrinking back in surprise when Dr. Auger first looked into her mouth, he absolutely portrayed the classic "I got this"! We immediately felt comfortable and knew we were in the right place. After oral surgery and two rounds of braces, she got her braces off on Thursday and she has beautiful teeth!!! It feels like a miracle. The staff in the office are amazing. Starting with the staff who helped with the financing, to the ability to make payments, to the front desk staff for appointments and check in and everyone in the back office....this is the best group of people. Lindsay actually looked forward to her appointments because the atmosphere that this team has created is one of comfort, friendliness and absolute confidence that you are in the right hands. Dr. Auger relates to the kids, is upbeat and friendly (Ohhhh, and a fantastic orthodontist!!) and every one of the girls that worked on her over the years made our experience beyond positive. About Front Desk: Everyone in the office is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Auger has created an environment that feels like everyone in the office loves their jobs. That is refreshing. The whole staff is beyond expectation.
