While today was the first day of my treatment, I have known Dr. Rideau for 6 years. My first consultation with him was back in 2010, however, because of the complexities of teeth and jaws, I did not go forward with the treatment. My second consultation with him was last year, and he still remembered me. He and his staffs gave me lots of welcome. This second consultation did not go through either because of my insurance. And today, I was finally able to start my treatment. All of the X-rays and prep was done by an assistant/dentist. She took her time with me. Then Dr. Rideau came to examine my teeth and put the placeholders in. He was very quick and efficient. I did not feel any pain at all.
The most important thing to me is they are very on time, and my appointment started and ended right when I was told.
