My overall recommendation is very positive. Dr. Gonzalez is efficient, professional and excellent at her job. The cost was typical; braces are not cheap, but a payment plan made it easier to pay. The facilities are absolutely fine....not fancy, but sterile and pleasant. I's rather not pay more for an orthodontist's 'health spa'! Customer service is totally present; explanations and fitting in for a sudden appt. prioritized. My son experienced no stress, start to finish. The treatment was successful, and my son's teeth look gorgeous.
