Walked in at appt time, staff waiting and rushed my son in, no one said hello as dr was right behind and assistant began yelling out numbers regarding teeth.The assistant was VERY rude to my son telling him to put chin down (all the while no one has explained anything or even said hello or talked to myself or my son)to see teeth then proceeded to pull a tooth w/o asking! My son and myself were in shock as this was a returning consult for braces? Then was told see you in 6 months? No explanation to what was needed before next visit. While we were still in shock, my sons mouth was bleeding and cotton thrown at me, the assistant said to Dr. Schnibben. "ONE MORE TO GO!!" The entire visit from walking in to leaving was 5 minutes! Will NEVER EVER return to this office. Staff and Dr were very unprofessional! My son has been looking forward to this appt as he is embarrassed of his teeth and this was the SECOND consult as we were told again to return in another 6 months with no instructions other than that?! Horrible!!!

About Front Desk: After I explained to front staff I had no idea what happened the assistant was asked, who treated me like I was stupid that he had a tooth removed?? But no attempt was ever made to explain plan or apologize as they both could see I was visibly upset and confused. My words were to them "I have no idea what just happened, that was the weirdest experience."
