charged over initial treatment cost. Charged me twice, would bill insurance and then would bill me directly demanding me to pay again. Insurance contacted him but he did not cooperate.
Very rude service. Did not follow treatment plan, said one thing did another and many more things I could never finish typing. Overall extremely poor service really bad experience rude, unethical.
