My Braces were removed in 1994. I received a permanent retainer. In December 2013, it broke. I called Dr. Arkwell who worked with Dr Grimm., who had since retired, she took me in and replaced the retainer without charge. It broke 3 month later and Dr. Arkwell made me full upper retainer at NO cost to me. This was unexpected since not only was it 20 years old but from a Dr. who had long retired. I am overly impressed by her kind heart and gentle touch. I would recommend Dr. Arkwell to everyone.
