As an adult I finally got my long awaited orthodontia. I was told by Dr Woods initially that it would be two years, no removal of teeth needed, no extraordinary appliances. Two years went by, my insurance and I had paid in full and my teeth were still not finished. I had noted no change over last several months. Then I had to move to NC. Dr Woods said follow up down there. I went to three different offices all of which told me I had to start over and needed teeth pulled. Long story short, I got no refund from Dr Woods, he claimed that he told me I needed teeth pulled and declined (I worked for an oral surgeon! Why would I decline?!) and now do not have the funds to start over another 2+ years. I paid to have Dr Woods braces taken off and am now stuck with crooked teeth, thousands of dollars later!!
