The office staff never lets you book emergency appointments. Most of the time you are being rushed out the door. I'm always waiting 30+ min for every appointment. The worst thing is I have spent over $8,000 and my teeth are not even straight. My overbite didn't change. I wish I could go back in time and not get this done.
The first year everyone was nice, but if you are in braces still after you have finished paying, they don't care about you anymore.
