My two daughters have braces and we have only seen Dr. Okun. His office is pleasant and clean, all the orthodontic assistants are friendly and good with children. One problem I have is that he overbooks in the after school hours and we have to sometimes wait a long time to be seen. Another problem is that wires continually break, brackets fall off, etc., in between visits. It seems like the quality of equipment is low but we are constantly going back to fix things. I have no idea if this happens in other offices, but it seems like it happens more than normal here.
