I found Dr. Mason's office after receiving a consultation from another orthodontist that I was not happy with. Dr. Mason was located near my work location and covered by my insurance, so I met with her and was instantly impressed by her knowledge, methods and personality. Even though I don't live nearby, I started taking my kids there when they started down the road to orthodontia. She assisted my daughter in getting some baby teeth pulled by the dentist, and now that she is older she has braces. Both of my kids adore Dr. Mason and I don't mind the extra drive for her services. I have recommended her to several friends and everyone I have recommended ends up choosing her. She is TOP NOTCH and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. She is down to earth, friendly and takes the time to get to know her patients. I would rate her 10 starts if I could.

About Front Desk: Super friendly, helpful staff. Answers all questions effectively and prompty through phone calls, email communication and in person.
