I have never went out of my way to write a complaint about any service i've ever received but Dr. Boruchov was by far the worst experience in my life that I felt compelled to this write this one. I regretfully chose him because he was a provider under my ins. and his office was local. His office was always packed and I was in and out in less than 15min. I was rarely even seen by him...the assistants would just change the bands and no adjustments were made. I didn't switch ortho's sooner because I had already paid in full and I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt that in the end my teeth would be straight. I went to another ortho when Dr. B had scheduled to remove my braces. My teeth were still not aligned, my bite was extremely narrow, my bottom teeth were not level, I still had spaces, and my bite was not comfortable. I went to Dr. Janet Stoess-Allen per numerous recommendations and it was a night and day difference. She is the only one that I am seen by and she carefully analyzes my bite and makes necessary adjustments every time. I've been with her for 7months. Already my teeth are perfectly centered and aligned, my smile is wider, my bottom teeth are level. The difference has been significantly noticable by others!!
