In the late 1970s I took 3 of our kids to McReynolds for teeth cleaning and one cavity. All payment was through company insurance. The insurance company instituted a new policy and began sending itemized statements to the policy holders. My account was billed to the tune of several thousand dollars. It stated that the procedure gingivitis had been performed on each of our children's teeth.
The doc had to appear before a dental review board. I am not sure how he retained his license to steal.
