Dr Gibbs provided orthodontic services to my daughter who has had her braces off now for 1 1/2 years. Her treatment was excellent- on time appointments, attentive office staff (nice about rescheduling, always call if you've forgotten to schedule needed appointments, nice to kids who go on their own after school), thorough and thoughtful care. My daughter initially was to have only top braces but when her bottom jaw grew more than expected, she needed bottom braces added for which we were not charged since it the original quote was all inclusive. Dr. Gibbs himself is a pleasant guy, good with the kids, and always returns calls and will update the parent who can't get to every appointment. As far as his office goes, it is what it should be- a carpeted waiting room with a tv and magazines to read and seats. It's not spa like because it should not be spa like. It's a waiting room for teenagers!
