Dr. Cook is an outstanding. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable in his field, and is easy to see that he is passionate about his work. He as an individual is very thoughtful and friendly which really helps me as one of his passionate feel warm and welcome every time I went for a check up.
It was a Sunday night right after thanksgiving weekend when I had a problem with my braces, The wire that ran across the top row of my teeth had popped out along that back side and was cutting into my gums. It was my fault because I had been eating something I was not supposed to, but none the less it was very painful, and I really could not wait.
So my dad called Dr. Cook personal number which he got from calling the main office and he asked if their was anything we could do to fix it ourselves? Could he cut the wire?
Dr. Cook said, " Ooh No, I am so sorry, can you meet me at my office? I can be their in 20 minutes, I'm just wrapping up dinner with my family"
We went in and he personally fixed the problem for me in a matter of minutes.
He does excellent work and as you can see from my story, he is very dedicated to his customers.
Yes, he comes at a price but you definitely get what you pay for. GREAT ORTHODONTIST
