Dr Rivas' office at 801 Portola Drive is in San Francisco, not Daly City and the correct zip is 94127. I'm a long time customer; her mother in law was a neighbor of ours when I was a kid and was my dentist before Dr Rivas took over the practice. All very nice people (long term employees), good location, reasonable fees. I'm a very satisfied customer. They do all of my dental work except for root canals/oral surgery, and I use the endodontist they referred me to for my needs in that arena and am equally happy with him and his staff (Dr Grenn in Laurel Village).
About Hygienist: Dr Rivas herself did a recent cleaning for me.
