Dr. Robinson has done an excellent job with my daughter. He is extremely thorough and his staff is wonderful. They even took the time to mail a thoughtful letter to compliment the children that are his patients. Unlike other orthodontists, he didn't just slap braces on her teeth. He showed instructional video, gave informative pamphlets, and explaned to us the exact features of my daughter's jaws/teeth/mouth based on moulds & x-rays taken. He explained the individual course of treatment that he planned for her- and why. We are both so thankful. My daughter was taught how to properly care for her teeth while wearing braces, and she understands the things that can go wrong if she's careless.
The cost is more in comparison to what I've heard from other parents. But I think it is worth it. He offers a flexible payment plan to ease the burden.
If I could change anything it would probably be to have more contact with him, in addition to the hygentist, now while treatment is underway.
Lastly, I must compliment the ladies at the front desk. They always greet you with a smile, they're courteous & professional, and they make my experience as a Client even better.
