told my child she would get braces on her bottom teeth at her next appointment then changed his mind on the day of the appt. Told my other child she'd be getting her braces off in 3 months; then 3 mos. later said it would be 6-9 more months. Missed that her back molar was impacted. Put a new bracket on a tooth, it popped off 3 hours later. The office said it would only schedule a "repair" visit during the middle of the day because my child "broke" her bracket! Office hours are 8:30-4- very difficult for working parents with kids in school. Provides very little information about treatment- even when asked direct questions.
