I had a horrible experience with Dr.Kitajima. I had a filling fall out from before and a cavity developed. I went to Dr.Kitajima to have him fill it. He didnt introduce himself to me, and never had any conversation with me. He got frustrated and lost patience during the 4 hours it took to fill my cavity. I was very nervous he would break my tooth or severly cut my gums at how rough he was. I am not sensitive to pain and do not scare easily, but I was very nervous with him working on my mouth. The filling he put in was two different colors, and has since sank inside the tooth. My girlfriend was a dental assistant for 5 years and said the filling looked like something she had never seen before, and advised me to get another dentist. I am going to another dentist to have them fix it, and will never reccomend anyone to go to Dr.Kitajima, or go back myself for any reason.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was very professional and kind. She explained what she was doing, and kept me informed during my visits. She kept me involved and we had conversation when possible. i was very comfortable with her. i highly recommend her and wish i could just see her for my cleaning without Dr.Kitajima being my dentist.
