My son and I have both had braces. Dr. Surbeck is friendly, kind and an overall great orthodontist. He puts the patient before anything else. His cost is fair and he has you come back for followups for years at no charge once you pay the initial ortho fee. Most orthodontists don't like the permanent wire on the bottom as they have to keep seeing and not charge you but he thinks of the patient first. I highly recommend him. He doesn't do anything he doesn't need to do.
The rest of the staff is awesome as well. He takes insurance too.
How much it pays depends on your plan. Mine is not great.
