Making the appt for my 7yr old daughter was not easy and his receptionist have no phone ettiquette. My child had 3 extractions, 4 caps, and 1 crown. He stuck her one time in her bottom lip. All extractions were done to the top of the mouth including her caps. He yelled at her and stated I quote " Shut up you damn brat!" she kept trying to signal him that she was still very much in pain by calling his name out and he said "Stop calling my name and shut up!" She wouldnt stop screaming so he took the bib around her neck and stuffed it in her mouth. She kept trying to yell I cant breath but he proceeded until she snatched it out. He then squeezed her by the top of her head while she is wearing beads. Before the procedure she asked permission to go to the bathroom and he refused her. I am putting in a formal complaint with the board of florida dentist. This is so future children do not experience this.
