My daughter who is 16 attended her cleaning appointment to also have a cavity filled and was so degraded by the doctor and staff about not getting there for over a year that my daughter left in tears. She was constantly yelled at and made to feel horrible. A patient let alone a child patient should never be treated in this manner. If the doctor had an issue it should have been taken up with me the parent. Doctor took xrays and my daughter was never told if there were any other issues with her teeth because they were so upset with her timing that her care was not considered. My daughter left in tears and called me and asked to never have to go back there again. Very upset that they would treat any child that way, DO NOT GO

About Front Desk: Person who took my call when I called to let them know how they made my daughter feel was friendly but could not give any reasoning for not taking it up with me rather that treating my daughter in that manner. No impressed
