In one word: Unprofessional. I arrived for my appointment only to be told that I did not have an appointment! Luckily I had my appointment card as proof! After that I was ushered into a room which is literally one large room divided by a room divider that serves as 2 procedure rooms. Don't expect privacy here. You can hear exactly what's going on in the "next room" and they can hear exactly what's going on in your "room". After my appointment my wife called up to ask a few questions about why it was going to take 4 appointments to do a post & crown (when typically this is done in 2) and what the exact cost was going to be. Well, the receptionist got irritated that she had questions and got the Savitt on the phone. He proceeded to get angry that she was questioning him about services we were paying for! They next day I got a call which basically said I was no longer welcome at the office. How incredibly rude! I have never in all my life experienced such horrible service from a doctor or any business for that matter. This guy has a fragile ego, a dated and unprofessional office, and a rude receptionist. Go elsewhere if you can.
