I changed jobs and needed to change insurance companies. I called them to see which insurances they took and they sent me a list. I selected one OFF THEIR LIST and notified them. They say they never received notification of my change, that they don't take the insurance (that I got OFF THE LIST THEY PROVIDED ME) and then charged me $715.00 for cleanings for my kids.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS!
