Dr. Brittain and his staff have always made the appts non-stressful for my 3 children. We have been going there since my oldest (now 6) was 3. Each time, all of my boys are actually excited about going to the dentist - even after my oldest has had a couple of fillings, he's not afraid to go. Now that they file insurance, it's wonderful!
This last time, my youngest, who just turned 3 & had his first dentist appt, was not quite ready for all the activity around his mouth, the staff did what they could, but did not force the issue, we just decided to wait till next time & let him get used to having his teeth cleaned. Dr. Brittain got a quick peek in his mouth, but was patient & gentle long enough just to count his teeth, instead of making him do the full exam - maybe next time.
