My family has gone to Dr. Brittain's office for over 12 years. I have 4 kids, all of whom have gone to Dr. Brittain since they were about 3. Of the MANY times we have gone for their checkups and fillings, we have always had a positive experience. Only one time did my youngest not want to cooperate, and that was because she had fallen and hurt her front teeth, and was scared, crying hysterically. Noone could have gotten her to calm down to be worked on....she was 3. Other than that , we have never had a problem with apts, insurance, or anything. Everyone is quite friendly.
