I never actually got to see the dentist having had the single worst service experience ever by the front desk staff of a medical office. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment with two young children and the proper dental insurance card. 40 minutes later, children bouncing off the walls, I finally asked when the dentist could see them and was told I had to wait because they had not heard back yet from the insurance company. I thought that was the point of the card. When I then asked if the dentist could see the children while they were waiting for the callback was greeted with blank stares. If management wants to make this right they are welcome to get in touch with me.
About Front Desk: I cannot help wondering if the front desk personnel was hired for how rude and inept they are. This place is awful. Don't go there.
