Dr Mardirossian werks from different dentist's offices. So I can't judge the facilities. He is nice, but rushed. There seems no logic or steps or system to his consult. He only wanted to talk about the procedure tyhe dentist had recommended for me but didn't do a real examination himself. Or tried to come up with less, or less invasive options. He was there to sell his surgery and not much else. When I asked hime about this he said he had 'looked". And apparently when you are as experienced as he is a 5 second look is enough. He's probably good at his surgery but left me wanting a second opinion, and some more extensive examining and thinking before cutting for cosmetic or whatever reason.
