Painful. I paid $250 for intravenous (IV) sedation due to a long history of painful dental experiences. It didn't work. Despite the IV, the pain was too great. I left halfway through the procedure. I should have made my pain problem even *more* clear than I did. On the positive side, De. de Sanz is clearly an expert. She explained the procedure in advance, and answered all my questions. Support staffers were helpful and efficient.
